Jannie Adol: I am a hardworking mom working full-time as a data encoder for a production firm, while also managing a small business at home. I express my creativity as a graphic designer, enjoying content creation, designing logos, templates, and other materials, as well as video editing to showcase my versatility. Being a hardworking mom navigating the freelance world is not easy, as it comes with various challenges. However, I remain determined to overcome these obstacles and achieve my goals. As a data encoder for a production firm, one of the most challenging aspects of my job is developing valuable skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. This includes tasks such as monitoring and inventorying spare parts, managing and entering data, planning and editing schedules in Excel, and encoding data using SAP. I embrace a variety of interests and focus on developing exciting artwork that showcases my skills and abilities. I bring creativity, dedication, and versatility to every project I take on.
